EXPERIENCE

Nick is a trial attorney with a background in complex civil litigation. He practices in state and federal courts throughout western Washington in a wide variety of areas including real estate, contract, personal injury, and landlord-tenant law. He has appeared before the Washington Supreme Court and achieved multiple summary judgments and trial verdicts for his clients.

Nick’s litigation experience also improves his ability to advise clients in ongoing transactions and business operations. He enjoys working alongside clients to strengthen important relationships they have and efficiently resolve legal problems as they arise.

Nick also maintains a commitment to pro bono work and was awarded the 2017 LAW Advocates Outstanding Attorney Award. He has also been nominated for the 2018 Washington State Bar Association Public Service and Leadership Award, sponsored by the Washington Young Lawyers Committee.
